We send each of your buyer questions, as a buyer would type it, to ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok through their APIs (with web search where the API offers it). We read Google’s AI Overviews from a signed-out US results page. Each answer is stored word for word with the pages it cited. API answers are close to what buyers see in the apps, not an exact copy, because the apps also know who is asking.
AI answers vary from one run to the next. We ask each question once per engine every week and judge every change against your last four weeks, so a normal swing isn’t shown as a win or a loss.
Enter your website. We check whether ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Claude can read it, and what keeps pages out. Then we ask ChatGPT and Gemini 3 questions your buyers ask. You see whether you’re named, who is named instead and which pages they cite. There’s no signup and no card. A free account adds the full fix list.
7 days after a fix goes live (14 for a new page), we ask the questions it affects 3 times on each engine and compare the answers with your last four weekly checks. If the change is bigger than the usual swing, the fix is marked Worked. If not, it says No change yet and we keep watching. Starter includes 2 re-checks a month, Pro 10 and Business 30.
No. If your site runs on Cloudflare, some fixes are done for you in one step, and you can undo them any time. Every other fix comes as a clear change for your site, a page draft you can publish to WordPress or Shopify, or a prompt to paste into Cursor, Claude Code or Lovable.
