White label ChatGPT report
A white label ChatGPT report is a client PDF that looks like your agency produced it. Logo, color, “Prepared by {Agency},” private link. The vendor name stays off the cover. That is the difference between a tool you use and a deliverable you sell.

Why white label matters for ChatGPT reporting
Clients do not want a third login. They want to know whether ChatGPT names them on the questions their buyers actually ask. If the PDF says CiteBrief — or Otterly, or Peec — you trained them to shop the tool next year.
- Agency mark on the cover and footer
- Filename `{Agency}_{Client}_AI-brief_{date}.pdf`
- Share link with no vendor chrome
- Optional CC to the client and custom sender with the Agency add-on
It does not mean a client portal, seats for the CMO, or your domain on day one (custom sender is the Agency add-on).
What the ChatGPT section must show
ChatGPT is one surface. A serious brief still checks Gemini, Grok, and AI Overviews — engines disagree. Lead with ChatGPT because that is the name clients use. Pair this with the ChatGPT mention report for clients if you need the mention table spelled out.
- Named in ChatGPT? Recommended?
- Short verbatim (one line)
- Cited URL if the model used a source
- Who else was named
Do not print the full ChatGPT answer. The client will argue with a paragraph. They will accept a table.
How to sell the white-label line
Add it under the retainer as “AI answer reporting” at a price the client already understands:
- Included in a $3k–$8k SEO/content retainer as the Friday artifact
- Or a $250–$500/mo reporting add-on if they want it itemized
| Plan | White-label PDF | Weekly checks | Custom sender |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free $0 | No | No, monthly | No |
| Starter $39 | Agency add-on | Yes | Agency add-on |
| Pro $99 | Agency add-on | Yes | Agency add-on |
| Business $249 | Agency add-on | Yes | Agency add-on |
Your software cost (Pro is $99/mo for 3 brands checked weekly; client-ready white-label PDFs are the Agency add-on ($49/mo).) has to sit under that line. If you only have one brand, Starter is $39/mo for 1 brand, checked weekly.
White label checklist before first send
- Logo and agency name on cover
- No vendor mark on the client PDF
- Unbranded questions only in the headline score
- ChatGPT row plus the other engines you ran
- Five actions in plain English
- “Do not add these mentions to Search Console”
- You would forward page 1 without a Slack disclaimer
FAQ
Do clients need an account?
No.
Can we send from our domain?
Custom sender comes with the Agency add-on ($49/mo on any paid plan), along with white-label PDFs and client CC.
Is ChatGPT-only enough?
For a first conversation, yes. For a retainer, no. Clients will paste the same question into Gemini. Follow the how-to.
Run one white label ChatGPT report on a current client. If page 1 is not sendable, fix the brief before you add brands.
